The Shoppe’s History
The Shoppe first came to life in 2009 as an online experience to capture the old-world traditions of hand-engraved monograms and letterings for entertaining. From stationery to table and dinnerware, customers could create their bespoke design with a little help from Emily’s trained eye and design skills and make it part of their home.
In 2016, we opened those signature bright green doors with our retail location in Savannah. Located near the Starland District, the 100-year-old space is the go-to spot to find housewares, clothing, and so much more, all carefully created and curated to invite joy into your life and make entertaining, gifting, and living your best life easy and effortless.
The Emily McCarthy Shoppe was voted Best of Savannah Gift Store and Stationery 5 years in a row by Savannah Magazine readers, and Emily has also named the Best Local Clothing Designer.
