Emily
Owner + Designer
Emily McCarthy doesn't believe in boring. She's all about bright bursts of color, finding beauty in the little things, and getting dressed up to run errands just because you feel like it. Even her middle name, Joy, reflects her optimistic point of view.
Emily's coastal dreams came true! She lives in stunning, historic Savannah, Georgia, with her college sweetheart-turned-husband and pack of red-headed, blue-eyed babes.
Susannah
Shoppe manager
Meet our Shoppe Manager Susannah! You can often find her running around the Shoppe ensuring all customers & employees are filled with Joy! She is the go to person for helping you find the perfect gift or outfit for your next big event! From buying strategy to customer relations, Susannah does it all with a little bit of anything and everything in between!
During her off time, you can find her spending time with her family and two pups on the boat or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs!
Jacie
Brand Stylist
A typical day in the life of our Brand Stylist, Jacie, includes capturing content of styled Emily McCarthy looks for our online platforms, writing her weekly styling blogs, refreshing mannequin looks, assisting customers with styling help & ensuring the best shopping experience. Follow Jacie's Instagram for everyday styling tips, outfit inspo, and new arrivals from EMC!
Aside from playing dress up, Jacie can usually be found hanging out with friends, attending concerts, online shopping, or spending time outdoors. Being extremely extroverted, Jacie blames her shopping problem on needing a new outfit for every self-planned occasion, hence why she has such a passion for fashion!
Laken
Director of Merchandising
As the Director of Merchandising, Laken is equally business and creative minded, blending creativity and strategy to help Emily McCarthy Collections come to life. Think of her as the nucleus between the Creative Team, Sales and Production, Laken helps to create and maintain our luxury Brand Image. You’ll find Laken sorting through samples, swatches and endless excel sheets to ensure every detail is finely curated within the collections. Laken’s favorite part of her job is developing new products & collections through creative collaboration and growing the Emily McCarthy brand.
Laken started her career in fashion attending Savannah Arts Academy locally here in Savannah, Georgia later graduating from the London College of Fashion with degrees in Costume & Couture Design. She loves to travel, especially within the UK where London is a second home.
Tyler
Print + Graphic Designer
As the Print and Graphics designer, Tyler spends most of his day designing all things visual for Emily McCarthy. Whether it’s emails, social media posts, advertisements, or working alongside Emily to bring you the beautiful prints and patterns we all love, he is constantly creating! You can also find Tyler designing new products and merchandise for all the Emily McCarthy fans out there to enjoy! Outside of work, Tyler loves to cook! He is always in the kitchen trying to recreate dishes from his favorite restaurants. When he isn’t cooking, he is either thrifting, painting, or playing volleyball! As a recent SCAD grad, Tyler is super excited to be part of the Emily McCarthy team!
Ashley Ann
Wholesale Manager
As the Wholesale Manager for the Emily McCarthy Clothing Collection, Ashley Ann is our 350+ clothing retailer’s main point of contact. She is responsible for showing our clothing collection at markets (Atlanta, Dallas, & New York), getting all retailer's orders processed, & assisting with all customer service inquires. Ashley Ann helps our amazing retailers curate the perfect mix of Emily McCarthy pieces to sell in their stores!
Ashley Ann spends her time outside of work with her husband, Luke, and new baby boy, Henry! As a family they enjoy watching Alabama football & taking their dog Baron for walks around their neighborhood. You can also catch them spending their summer weekends at their family beach house.
Lucy
Wholesale Regional Account Manager
As Wholesale Regional Account Manager, Lucy works closely with our retailers to cultivate and build relationships, along with expanding existing accounts. Lucy also travels to market to show each new collection, network, and represent our brand. She works closely with our Dallas showroom, preparing for market appointments and tracking sales performance for continuous improvement. Day to day you can catch Lucy processing retailers' orders, collaborating with existing and new clients, and ensuring superb client support.
As a Savannah local, she is very passionate about her hometown and local Savannah businesses like Emily McCarthy. When Lucy is not at work you can catch her shopping downtown, trying new restaurants, or on the water with friends and family.
Laura Anne
Director of Marketing
Smile! Laura Anne is most likely filming content for our social media. She is snapping pictures and videos, of anything and everything, to be showcased on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and don't forget Pinterest! As our Marketing Director, Laura Anne, is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and build relationships with our customers. She also keeps our team updated with the latest social trends and influencer drama!
Away from her time running the social accounts, Laura Anne focuses on email campaigns, planning events, working with influencers and developing customer appreciation programs. You can find her trying all of the Savannah restaurants- new and old! As a recent University of Georgia grad, she loves to spend her Saturdays cheering on the Dawgs during the Fall!
Halle
Inventory + E-Commerce Operations Manager
Meet Halle, our Inventory + E-commerce Manager. At the shoppe you can find Halle answering emails & assisting with online customer service. Halle oversees our E-Commerce warehouse team to ensure they are working productively and efficiently to get all customer orders out as quickly as possible. During her day to day she you can catch her putting in all inventory listings, accepting inventory transfers from the warehouse, & helping manage/merchandise our online website & app! Halle also assists with running reports for both Shoppe & Wholesale teams. You can also find Halle helping problem solve around the Shoppe, she never turns down a challenge!
Outside of work Halle stays busy with her two young kids & husband. Halle enjoys spending her free time eating at any restaurant with an outdoor porch (live music is a plus!), shopping of course, & warm sunny days on the boat!
Julia
Wholesale Operations Manager
Julia oversees logistics & wholesale operations within our warehouse. Julia manages our warehouse team to ensure our retailers receive all of their Emily McCarthy products as quickly and accurately as possible! With her eye for detail and a talent for organizing & execution she keeps our warehouse running efficiently.
Julia is from Savannah and is happily married to her husband Andrew. Together they are raising 2 precious boys, Brooks and Mac. When she is not shipping out clothes or modeling for a reel, you can find her on the baseball field or the basketball court watching her sons play their sports. While sports keep them busy outside of work, as a coastal family they also enjoy summer days out on their boat during their free weekends.
Tanner
Wholesale Warehouse Assistant
Meet Tanner our warehouse assitant. Most days you can find Tanner helping pull wholesale orders for our retailers. Tanner helps accept our shipments each collection & assists with organzing the inventory to prepare for each collection's ship dates. Tanner is always happy to lend a helping hand with heavy boxes around the warehouse & shoppe.
You can most likely find Tanner in the Chick-Fil-A drive thru at lunch, his favorite. In his spare time Tanner loves to scroll TikTok & travel with his friends & family.
